Rosie O’Donnell a Third Born Birth Order

                               Rosie

Rosie O’Donnell is a comedian, actress, author, and television
personality.  She is also a Lesbian rights activist and a partner
in the LGBT family vacation company, R Family Vacations.
Recently she has made her views public about President
Donald Trump who himself has not shown any love for Rosie.
There feud began in 20o7 when Rosie was on the view and
said negative things about Trump. The feud continues.  A look
at her birth order will unmask her “real” personality and reveal
a few things about Rosie that you didn’t know.
Siblings
Rosie is the third born of five children.  Her brother Eddie is
2yrs older and her brother Danny is one year older. Rosie
was next in line and was the first girl in the family. She is
followed by Maureen 1yr. younger and Timmy 4 yrs.
younger.  Their mother died of cancer when Rosie was 11
yrs. old.  Rosie was now the woman of the house as their
father didn’t remarry. Rosie had two choices, one to become
the woman of the house or a tomboy. She chose tomboy
competing with her brothers.
Third Borns
The Third born is the most sensitive of all the birth orders.
Because of this they can be very shy or they develop a
protective shell by have a tough and loud personality.  This
is Rosie’s image to the world. The saying “Laughing on the
outside, crying on the inside” is the description of a Third
born. They have a utopian view of the world and want to
save it. They care about others and can be gentle, sweet and
artistic.
Family
Rosie is the mother to five children. Parker, Chelsea, Blake,
Rose and the youngest Dakota.  The children give her the
chance to show her sweet caring side without the protection
shield she shows the public.
Charity
The Rosie’s for All Kids Foundation has awarded more than
$22 million in grants to over 1,400 child-related organizations.
She has also reported to have contributed several hundred
thousand dollars for the rehabilitation of war veterans from the
Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
R Family Vacations
In 2003 she partnered with Gregg Kaminsky to launch R
Family Vacations catering to LGBT families.  The First all gay
and lesbian family vacation packages where families can bring
kids, friends and parents.
Rose has two sides to her personality and is not as tough
as she looks or acts!

John “Cougar” Mellencamp His Birth Order - Sibling Rivalry

John Cougar Mellencamp, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter
has recorded 23 albums. He is best known for his #1 hit song
“Jack & Diane.” Nominated for thirteen Grammy Awards he
was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006.
Where did his drive to succeed come from? A look at his life
and birth order will give us some answers.

The Drive and Power to Achieve
Where does one get the personal power to drive themselves to
achieve? Using birth order theory, we usually see Double birth
orders that combine the ordinal number of birth with the Only
birth order that increases a person’s personal power. We can
also see an increase in drive when one fights for power with
an older sibling, sibling rivalry. This is the story of John
Mellencamp.

Early Years
John was born October 7, 1951, the second of five children in
Seymour Indiana. He was born with spina bifida but an early
operation corrected it. His older brother may have resented the
extra attention he received even though John didn’t know
about the problem until he was twelve. His older brother Joe is
three years older. His younger siblings are Ted, Janet and
Laura. He formed his first band, Crepe Soul, at the age of 14.

Second Born and Sibling Rivalry
John, the Second born child did not want to be told what to do.
Second borns will usually never give in even if they know that
they are wrong. The Second born will often go off in another
direction from their older sibling.  When there are two boys the
sibling rivalry can become intense. We all know the story of
Cain and Able and that didn’t turn out too well. Both boys had
bands growing up but John’s older brother Joe took a more
traditional route in life than did John.

Two Boys Two Directions
Joe played quarterback on the football team and was a
member of the student council.  He went off to Indiana
University after High school and majored in sociology and
psychology. He finished his education at Ohio State in
electrical engineering, following in his father’s profession.
He achieved to become the President of Beacon Electric.
John took a different route, he was a beer-swilling truant in
school and eloped with his pregnant girlfriend when he was
18. This was the first of three wives and five children. He
attended Vincennes University a two-year college. This is
when his use of drugs and alcohol escalated. He did
graduate as his focus got better after giving up drugs and
alcohol.

John’s Song About Brothers
Nothing can express the feeling a younger brother has for his
older sibling than the song John wrote called “Brothers”. Some
of the lyrics show just how powerful sibling rivalry can be.
“You don’t care for me and man, I don’t think that much of you”
“It’s as normal at it can be this sibling rivalry. We should have
dropped it at 22 but man I can’t stand the things you do.” “Now
that we’re grown up it ain’t helped nothin’ at all. On my
birthday, please don’t bother to call.” As we can see the effects
of one’s Birth order lasts a life time. John may have won the
battle of the brothers when his father left his job as executive
vice president of Robbins Electric to become his financial
manager.

John the Social Reformer
John seems to have been angry all his life and his music tells
stories of just how life seems unfair.  He was been the scrappy
musical spokesman for forgotten man. He has been an
advocate for farmers and testified before congress with Willie
Nelson. His great-great grandfather, Johann Heinrick
Mollenkamp was a peasant farmer from Germany that settled
in Indiana in 1851. John went on to play concerts for Farm Aid.
He is politically a left-of-center populist with no love for big
business.

Health Issues
In 1994 John suffered a heart attack. Today, still a chain
smoker, he is true to his Second born birth order letting no
one tell him what to do.  He feels that it is the combination
of drugs and smoking that will kill you so that is why he no
longer takes drugs.

Mister Rogers: His Double Birth Order Tells His Story!

When you hear the name “Mister Rogers” up pops an image
of a really nice adult that talks to children.  His show “Mister
Rogers Neighborhood” ran for 33years on public television. It’s
theme of music, stories, guests, and characters all designed to
deliver a message to both adults and children was his gift to
many. His message was one of universal. What can his birth
order tell us about the man, Fred Rogers.
Childhood
Fred was born March 20, 1928 in Latrobe Pennsylvania to
James and Nancy Rodgers. James was an accountant- banker
and Nancy a stay at home mom. He was their firstborn and
Only child until they adopted a daughter 11 years later.  Her
name was Elaine Crozier and he loved her dearly. Fred
recounts that he was a sickly child and spent a lot of time at
home. His maternal grandfather also lived with the family
and like his mother, played the piano.  They taught Fred to
play the piano at an early age.  While recuperating from his
many illnesses, Fred found entertainment in music and the
use of puppets to make up stories. Only children can be
their own best friend.
The Only Child
All firstborns are Only children until the next sibling arrives.
The Only child grows up in an adult world.  Adults are his
peers. He tends to follow in the footsteps of adults not his
own generation.  In Fred’s case it was his grandfather that
had an enormous influence on his life. Retired from the
railroad but living in the same house he became Fred’s
friend and teacher. Parents of Only children are very
protective.  As an adult his mother made all of his cardigan
sweaters that he wore on the show. Only children are also
an amalgam of their parent’s birth orders and that is why no
two Only children are alike.  In the movie “Willy Wonka:
The Chocolate Factory,” we saw two types of Only children.
One, very adult like and responsible and the others spoiled
children. Fred was the responsible type who felt no fear of
being dethroned by his younger sibling. His adult role as a
father figure to millions fits right in with his birth order.
The Only/One Birth Order
Raised as an Only child for 11 years before the family adopted
his sister makes Fred an Only/One Double birth order.  He is
more an Only child than a Firstborn as the eleven years makes
a difference.  He never felt threatened by his younger sister
and instead was supportive of her, more like a parent.  With
such a secure position in the family he could be gentle and
caring and not feel threatened.  In real life, it is said, he was
the same person that the kids saw on screen.
Education/Career
After high school Fred got his Bachelor’s degree in music
composition from Rollins College in 1951 and a divinity
degree from the Pittsburgh theological Seminary in 1962.
His special mission was to keep doing what he was doing
on television to reach as many children as possible with his
message of tolerance and love. His show premiered on
February 19, 1968 and ran until August 31, 2001.  He had
been displeased at the way television addressed children and
wanted to make a change. This was his calling as a
Presbyterian minister. He was a progressive pacifist all his
life and it showed.
Married
Fred and Joanne Byrd married in 1952.  They met at
college where she was a music major and became a
professional pianist. They had two sons James and
John and three grandsons. They were married 50 years
until his death in 2003.
Controversy
There have been only a few times that Mr. Rogers had
to speak up about his image. In 1985 Burger King used
an actor to impersonate Mister Rogers calling him Mister
Rodney. Fred contacted the Senior Vice President and
he pulled the ad. Johnny Carson did a parody skit called,
“Mister Rambo’s Neighborhood.” Fred complained and
Johnny publicly apologized. He had no trouble with the
parody done by Eddie Murphy on Saturday Night Live
“Mister Robinson’s Neighborhood”. He found it funny
and affectionate. The fact that it was aired around midnight
when his viewers would be in bed was another reason he
ok’d it.  In 1998 he filled suit against a Texas store using
his likeness on T-shirts which contained a handgun and the
slogan Welcome to my “hood”. He got the Tee Shirts
removed and destroyed. He is also credited with saving the
VCR in his testimony for the Supreme Court that he
thought it beneficial that children could tape his program.
Last, the rumor that he was a Navy Seal or Marine sniper
is false.  He never served in the military.
 His Legacy
Fred died of stomach cancer February 27, 2003. He leaves
behind several generations of children that learned so much
from his program. He was truly the parental figure that
portrayed the best in parenting.
We will all remember that, “It’s a Beautiful Day in the
Neighborhood”
and “You made this a special day just by being Yourself.”
